terms
the styling studio is free to use. if you order a physical figurine, you are making a purchase. these terms cover both.
site and seller
mybaddii is a trading name of a UK sole trader based in London. the same sole trader is the seller and merchant of record for every figurine order and fulfils those orders. that business also trades as GetFigure, which is the name shown on the payment page and on your receipt. trading address: 240 Hendon Way, London NW4 3NL, United Kingdom. contact us at contact@mybaddii.com.
the styling studio
you can use the styling studio without an account or payment. we may add, change or remove looks and features. we cannot promise that this free tool will always be available.
“her stylist” is an optional automated chat that can change the doll’s look at your request and answer questions from this site’s own pages. it is not a person, it can be wrong, and it cannot place an order or take payment. the prices, delivery times and terms shown at checkout and on this site are the ones that apply.
the site operator owns or licenses the underlying characters, hair, outfits, accessories, artwork, site and software. you may make and share screenshots of your baddii for personal use and use the sharing tools as intended. you may not scrape or extract the assets, resell the artwork, pretend it is yours, or use the service for unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative material.
ordering a figurine
A manufacturing partner produces the full-colour 3D print. The London fulfilment team quality-checks and repacks it before dispatch.
you pay on a secure checkout you reach from mybaddii. it is operated by the same sole trader and carries the GetFigure name. prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). any taxes and delivery charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay.
after checkout, you receive a production 3D preview. nothing is printed until you approve it. check the pose, shape, skin tone, hair, outfit, colours and accessories. approval lets production start. you still have rights if the finished figurine is faulty, damaged or materially different from the approved preview.
changes, cancellation and designs we cannot make
you may ask for reasonable changes during preview. you may cancel for a full refund any time before approving the production preview. after approval, production may begin straight away, so a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible.
if we cannot turn the chosen design into a usable production model after reasonable attempts, you may choose another design or receive a full refund.
personalised orders
the standard 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply because each figurine is made to your specifications and clearly personalised. for UK customers, the relevant rule is regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
that exception does not touch your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
delivery and border charges
We deliver only to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and the United States of America. expected delivery is 7–14 days from preview approval. tracking is sent after dispatch.
UK delivery: no import fees. US: import duty may be charged by US Customs on arrival, and state or local sales tax may apply.
faults, damage and wrong items
contact contact@mybaddii.com within 30 days of delivery if the figurine is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or materially different from the approved preview. include the order number and clear photographs if possible. the checkout seller will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. it will also cover reasonable return costs for a faulty or incorrect item.
the 30-day route does not shorten legal rights. UK customers keep their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. US customers may have additional non-excludable federal or state rights.
small variations in colour, surface and fine detail are normal in full-colour 3D printing. they are not faults if the item remains safe and materially matches the preview.
display and age
the physical baddii is a collectible display piece, not a toy, and is not suitable for anyone under 14. it can contain small parts and broken pieces can be sharp. read the safety page before ordering.
responsibility
nothing in these terms limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, unsafe products or statutory consumer rights. the site operator and checkout seller are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business loss from a consumer purchase, or delay caused by an inaccurate address you supplied, though we will reasonably try to help.
privacy
the privacy and cookie pages explain what data the studio uses, what happens to a design when you buy, and which providers help make and deliver the order.
law and contact
these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. mandatory local consumer rights and access to local courts still apply.
