cookies and browser storage
mybaddii has no analytics cookies, advertising cookies or marketing pixels. the styling studio does not need a consent banner.
site and trader
mybaddii is a trading name of a UK sole trader based in London. the same sole trader is the seller and merchant of record for every figurine order and fulfils those orders. that business also trades as GetFigure, which is the name shown on the payment page and on your receipt. trading address: 240 Hendon Way, London NW4 3NL, United Kingdom. contact us at contact@mybaddii.com.
what the studio stores
the styling studio uses browser storage to remember the design in progress on your device. it does not use that information to follow you across other websites. the studio also sends anonymous counts of studio steps (for example “finished a look”) to the mybaddii server. those counts carry no cookie, no identifier and no IP address, and they never leave mybaddii.
if you open “her stylist” (the studio chat), the page keeps a random chat id in session storage so your conversation holds together while the tab is open. it is not a tracking cookie, it is not shared with anyone, and it goes when the tab closes.
third-party requests
the studio serves its fonts and artwork from the mybaddii site. there is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or advertising request.
when you use detail styling to create the final render, the studio sends the required design details to the rendering service. when you continue to checkout, it contacts the checkout seller and Shopify. these requests provide the features you chose. they are not behavioural advertising.
when you buy
the figurine checkout identifies its operator and seller before payment. it uses Shopify, which sets essential store, basket, security and payment cookies. the checkout’s Cookie Policy applies there.
your controls
you can block or clear site storage in your browser. doing that may reset the design in progress or stop checkout from remembering what you chose. if optional analytics or advertising technology is ever introduced, we will update this page and ask for consent first where the law requires it.
